Because of the nature of this clinical work, adhering to a specific code of ethics and the provision of competent care when implementing EMDR therapy with special populations is paramount. This workshop will explore issues relevant to key ethical standards, such as competency, informed consent, boundaries, and the use of technology in therapy and supervision, through lecture and interactive discussions of case studies.
